AgriPal is looking for a tech savvy, reliable and sales driven individual to manage customer communication and convert enquiries into sales. |
Duties and Responsibilities |

Respond to WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally. Close sales and follow up with potential customers at least three times. Save customer contacts and encourage customers to save AgriPal's number. Manage and grow WhatsApp groups. Post three variations of approved advertisements daily in relevant groups. Use AI tools to improve customer service and sales. Maintain customer records and submit daily sales reports. What We Offer Fully remote working arrangement. Work related data allowance. Qualifications and Experience |

Must be based in Harare. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude. Must have a smartphone and reliable internet access. Must use WhatsApp Business exclusively for AgriPal, as the account will be linked to the company account. Organised, self motivated and able to meet targets. |
