A Bachelor's Degree in the subject of specialisation plus a Teaching Qualification, or a Bachelor of Education degree.

A minimum of five (5) years' post-qualification experience teaching Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, AS & A Level. Ability to teach two subjects is an added advantage.

Demonstrated ability to inspire high academic achievement and develop learners' analytical thinking skills.

Ability to coach at least one sporting activity or club, and participate actively in the Senior School's co-curricular and cultural programmes.

Be a devoted Christian.

Excellent communication, planning, organisational, interpersonal and reporting skills.
