Job Description

Administer, secure and optimise ICT infrastructure, servers, networks, databases
Duties and Responsibilities

Infrastructure/Network admin - servers, LAN/WAN, firewalls

-Cybersecurity per Cyber and Data Protection Act, Active Directory, backups

-Enterprise systems support - ERP, Complaints Management Information System (CMIS)

-Helpdesk and ICT assets

-ICT procurement
Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems

- Certs CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Azure/Windows Server, ITIL added advantage

- Minimum 2 years hands-on managing enterprise networks and servers
