Job Description

Provide expert legal advisory services across all directorates to ensure statutory compliance, protect institutional integrity
Duties and Responsibilities

- Legal Opinions: Research statutes, case law, international instruments; prepare opinions

- Statutory Monitoring: Track gazetted Acts, SIs, treaties and advise on implications

- Contracts: Draft, review and negotiate contracts, MOUs, SLAs

- Risk Management: Conduct legal audits to identify liability
Qualifications and Experience

LLB Honours, Registered Legal Practitioner of High Court of Zimbabwe with current practising certificate

- LLM added advantage

- Minimum 4 years post-admission experience including litigation
