ZIMBABWE
Job Description |
---|
Zimbabwe has been going through a time of extraordinary socio-economic challenges for many years. The scarcity of hard currency is strongly affecting industry and the overall energy market and will remain a challenge for some years.
The regulation on registration and approval of contracts for foreign services is long and impacts engagement of foreign contractors.
The exchange rate’s slide on one direction due to currency change makes it difficult to conclude tenders without variation orders. This puts pressure on budget control and completion deadlines.
