Job Purpose:
The position exists to effectively drive business performance and achievement of set profit targets for the allocated store through the effective & efficient application of internal business processes, and demonstration of effective people management skills to satisfy and exceed customer needs and expectations. Turnover
Accountable for turnover generation of the allocated store based on the budget and ensure the store is self-sustaining. Ensure that all the turnover targets set are achieved through sales maximization and cost minimization. Design and monitor the effective implementation of store strategies to manage the operation Average Selling Price

Service Departments Contribution
Responsible for driving freshness strategy within service departments, ensuring that the highest standard of quality and freshness is maintained. Ensure that service departments remain profitable through attaining the set contribution targets per department. Monitor costs and wastage within service departments to mitigate losses. Requirements:
Must have at least 4 years’ experience in FMCG industry Must have experience in working with executives and board of directors providing professional, accurate, and strategic advice as well as an understanding of Human Resource Management concepts and an understanding of various statutes governing the operations of a retail supermarket. Must have a Degree in Operations/ Management/ Commerce/ Business Studies/ Marketing/ Purchasing and Supply/ Accounting and Finance or a Diploma in Marketing/ Operations/Finance/Accounting |
