Job Description

Zimbabwe Mining Development Corporation is a major player in the Zimbabwean Mining Industry and a key contributor to the growth of the Zimbabwean economy through mining and mining development. The

Corporation has the following exciting, fixed term opportunities that have arisen at our Golden Kopje Mine (Chinhoyi).
Duties and Responsibilities

• Posting of transactions (cashbook, sales, receivables, payables and journals)

• Reconciliations (intercompany, cash, bank and receivables)

• Payroll Creditor reconciliations (PAYE, MIPF, NSSA, ZIMDEF, SDL)

• Salary Schedules reconciliation

• Monthly management accounts

• Preparation of quarterly, bi-annual and annual audit schedules

• Budgeting for the mine

• Filing
Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or Equivalent

• Knowledge of SAP

• 5 O level passes

• 5 years working experience
