Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Harare (Office-based)

Type: Full-time – UK Hours

We are a UK-based recruitment company specialising in Healthcare onboarding, and we are expanding our Healthcare recruitment team in Zimbabwe. We are looking for experienced recruiters to join our growing Harare office. Although the company is UK-based, this role will be carried out from our local office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment within the healthcare sector.

• Sourcing and shortlisting suitable candidates.

• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.

• Supporting the UK Healthcare team with daily recruitment needs.

• Working towards clear targets within a fast-paced environment.

• Previous recruitment experience (healthcare or UK recruitment experience preferred, though strong general recruitment experience will be considered).

• Ability to work UK business hours.

• UK bank holidays apply, not Zimbabwe public holidays.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Target-driven, organised, and comfortable working under pressure.

• Must have full rights to work in Zimbabwe.
