We are a charming lodge/BnB nestled in the scenic beauty of Nyanga, Eastern Highlands, Zimbabwe, offering guests a serene and memorable experience. We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Lodge/BnB Manager to join our team and elevate our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market and promote the lodge to attract guests and boost occupancy.

- Supervise and lead staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the property.

- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.

- Oversee daily operations, including bookings, inventory, and basic financial reporting.

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

- Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of the lodge facilities.
