Job Description

Vacancy: Mine Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

- Oversee daily mining operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards

- Develop and implement mining plans, strategies, and budgets to optimize production and minimize costs

- Lead and manage a team of mining professionals, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements:

- Degree in Mining Engineering or related field

- Proven experience in mine management, in Zimbabwe, preferably gold mining.

• Valid Blasting license.

- Strong technical knowledge of mining operations, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions
