We are seeking a dedicated Agricultural Technician to support our farming operations. The technician will assist in crop management, soil analysis, and implementing agricultural best practices to enhance productivity and sustainability.

Monitor crop growth and health

Conduct soil tests and analyze results

Assist in the planning and implementation of planting and harvesting schedules

Collaborate with farmers to optimize field management techniques

Maintain records of crop performance and field conditions

Provide support in pest and disease management

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in agricultural operations

Strong understanding of crop science and soil management

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work in a team and independently in outdoor environments
