Industry knowledge and good customer services are very important skill in Hospitality industry. I also need to have Emotional Intelligence. understanding and managing emotions, both in oneself and others. It is also important to be able to motivate and inspire a team, delegate tasks effectively, and make strategic decisions

What is your favourite part of your job?

The favorite part of my job is the chance to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and to explore new cultures, cuisines, and destinations.

What are the main tools of the trade?

Property Management System (PMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software and Revenue Management System are some of the important tools we use in our industry. I love to also use the channel manager tool because it help manage their online distribution channel update rates, availability, and inventory across multiple online travel agencies (OTAs) and other distribution channels in real-time

What training have you had?

I have a Diploma in Hospitality Management

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

In the next 10 years, I will be managing one of the top hotels in the country
