Position Title: Digital & Retail Sales Manager Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Head of Department/ Managing Director Employment Type: Full-Time Closing Date: 13 February 2026
JOB SUMMARY The Digital & Retail Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance across all digital and physical retail platforms. This role combines hands-on digital sales execution with operational oversight of the company’s nationwide retail sites to ensure seamless customer experiences, optimized sales strategies, and strong brand presence across all retail touchpoints. |
Duties and Responsibilities |

1. Digital Sales & Marketing •Develop and implement strategies to grow online sales and digital customer engagement. •Manage digital sales platforms (e-commerce, online ordering systems, and partner integrations). •Monitor and analyse digital sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. •Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate online campaigns, product launches, and promotions. •Ensure all digital sales processes, content, and customer journeys are optimized for conversion and satisfaction.
2. Retail Site Oversight •Supervise and support the performance of all nationwide retail sites. •Oversee retail site operations, ensuring alignment with company standards, policies, and sales targets. •Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews with retail teams. •Ensure each retail location maintains brand consistency, excellent customer service, and operational efficiency. •Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability at all sites.
3. Sales Performance & Reporting •Set, monitor, and report on sales targets for both digital and retail channels. •Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports and present key insights to management. •Identify and implement initiatives to improve sales conversion rates and customer retention. •Track competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategies.
4. Team Leadership & Development •Provide training, guidance, and motivation to retail sales teams nationwide. •Foster collaboration between digital and physical sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and service quality. •Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for retail staff as required. 5. Customer Experience & Relationship Management •Promote a customer-centric culture across all sales channels. •Address escalated customer issues promptly and professionally. •Gather customer feedback and use it to inform product, pricing, and service improvements. |
Qualifications and Experience |

Education: o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. o Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, retail operations, or digital commerce. o Proven track record of managing retail networks or multi-site operations. o Strong understanding of digital sales platforms, CRM tools, and analytics. o Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. o Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
