Duties and Responsibilities |

Lead the development and enhancement of E‑commerce products and platforms. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement innovative product features that align with business objectives. Drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and strategic priorities. Monitor product performance and implement continuous improvements for enhanced customer experience and operational efficiency. Supervise and guide the E‑commerce team, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management. Identify and onboard clients, developing strategies to grow revenue and maintain strong long‑term partnerships. Ensure optimal uptime and functionality of E‑commerce platforms, coordinating with IT and technical teams to promptly resolve system issues. Monitor and manage system performance. Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards across the product lifecycle. Maintain accurate documents for product approvals, incidents and compliance requirements. Prepare reports on product performance, transaction trends, system uptime, and market activity. Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy and decision making. Track and report on KPIs relating to growth, risk metrics, and client acquisition. |
Qualifications and Experience |

Possess a degree in in Marketing, Information Technology, Banking and Finance, Business Studies, Economics, or related field from a recognized and reputable tertiary institution. Should be studying towards a professional qualification or certification in E- commerce, Digital Banking or similar. Have at least 4 years’ experience within the digital space, preferably in E‑commerce, digital banking, product management or similar environment. Strong knowledge and understanding of E‑commerce platforms and technologies, product lifecycle management, data analytics, and digital trends is required for the role. Should have solid knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital marketing tools. Possess strong interpersonal, communication, planning, and organizational skills. |
