The Applications Analyst supports the day-to-day use and improvement of business systems across the Group. Under the guidance of the Systems Administrator / Analyst, the role assists with gathering user requirements, documenting processes, testing system changes, and supporting users during system implementations and upgrades to ensure systems are used effectively. |
Duties and Responsibilities |

• Provide first-line support to ERP users across business units. • Log, track, and resolve system issues, errors, and user queries • Assist in analysing existing systems to identify issues or improvement areas • Support configuration and implementation of business systems (e.g. DMS, ERP, CRM, BI, HRIS, Data Protection and Compliance systems) • Log, track, and follow up on system issues and change requests • Assists users with the implementation, configuration, and adoption of business systems. • Maintain system documentation, user guides, and process diagrams • Assist with user training and post-implementation support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Basic understanding of business processes and information systems • Attention to detail and good documentation skills • Willingness to learn and work under supervision |
Qualifications and Experience |

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science or Business Information Technology. • 2 years’ experience in IT, business analysis, or systems support role • Graduate trainee experience is an advantage • Knowledge of Property management, Automotive dealerships, manufacturing, hospitality, truck logistics business systems and processes • Knowledge of any of these systems; CRM, HRIS, BI, Workflow automation, Data Protection and compliance systems. |
