Zimasco (Pvt) Limited, a major player in Zimbabwe’s Ferrochrome Production sector, has some exciting and challenging career opportunities at its Shurugwi & South Dyke Mining Division.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified, competent and experienced individuals to fill the vacant posts in the Division on Fixed-Term employment contract basis, renewable subject to performance.

 Receiving and accommodating guests at the company’s Guesthouse.

 Preparation of meals.

 Guesthouse stocks management.

 Supervision of grounds maintenance and housekeeping at the Guesthouse.

 Regulate and control activities at the Guesthouse.

 Management of tools, equipment or utensils.

 At least 5 Ordinary level passes including Mathematics and English.

 Certificate in Culinary Arts/Professional Cookery or equivalent from a reputable tertiary institution is an added advantage.

 Holder of valid Food Handling examination certificate.

 Working knowledge of safety management systems, preferably with exposure to the NOSA SHE System.

 Must be able to communicate at all levels both

verbally and written.

 Holder of a clean Class 4 driver’s licence.
