Qualifications and Experience |

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in finance, accounting, or office administration. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and advanced MS Excel skills (pivots, lookups, financial modelling). Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, financial reporting standards, and basic tax regulations. Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindse Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in FMCG, agriculture, security services, IT, or manufacturing is advantageous. A professional accounting certification (e.g., CIS, ACCA, CIMA) in progress or completed. Experience working within a corporate group structure or a multi-company environment. Fluency in English; proficiency in Shona or Ndebele is a strong plus |
