Qualifications and Experience

Degree or Higher National Diploma in Security Management, Business Administration, Strategic Management or a related

field

7-10 years experience in the security industry with at least 3-5 years in a senior management or general management role

In-depth knowledge of Zimbabwean security laws, PSAZ standards and industry best practices

Proven experience managing large, dispersed teams and multi-site operations

Strong leadership, financial acumen, and strategic planning skills

Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Valid class 4 Drivers license
