Job Description

To engage with internal and external customers and build relationships that grow the lubricants and filters business. The major focus of the role is to create and maintain relationships with customers in the Mining, Industrial and Heavy-Duty Segments and convert the relationships into tangible volume

Key Responsibilities:

 Handling of allocated customers, with a bias towards Mining, Industrial, and Heavy-Duty Segments.

 Lead generation

 Proactively follow up on marketing generated leads through calls, emails and social selling.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Handling of allocated customers, with a bias towards Mining, Industrial, and Heavy-Duty Segments.

 Lead generation

 Proactively follow up on marketing generated leads through calls, emails and social selling.

Qualifications and Experience

 Excellent telephone manner

 Ability to answer calls expeditiously

 Ability to work with minimum supervision

 Ability to build good rapport with customers

 Proactive telephone selling

 Computer literacy

 Fluency in written and spoken English

 Basic product technical knowledge to handle routine enquiries

 Basic stock knowledge management

 Ability to work within and with the sales team

 Enthusiasm and positive attitude towards work

 Ability to set up and run an efficient filing system.

 At least five ‘O’ Level passes including English and Mathematics.

 A degree in Sales& Marketing.

 At least five years experience in sales, or managing the front-line office.

 Computer literacy

 Clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence

 Fluency in written and spoken English

 Basic industry knowledge.

 Basic stock knowledge management
