Planning and Decision Making: Developing short-term and long-term plans for the farm, including crop rotation, animal husbandry practices, and financial budgets. Making informed decisions about resource allocation, such as land use, equipment purchases, and staffing requirements. Operations Management: Supervising and coordinating farm activities, such as planting, irrigation, harvesting, livestock management, and pest control. Ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.
